Receiving and inspecting goods

Delivery note is checked(items and quantity)

The casing is checked for any defects or damages

The drawing of that particular casing is obtained from the supervisor

Spacer as per deliver note

Each dimension are checked properly according to the drawing using measuring tape

If the dimension matches with the received good,then it is ticked on the drawing sheet

If all items are in good condition and has the correct dimensions,then it is approved by the person who checked the items

The items are kept in the warehouse for further usage
