The required fan is brought into the testing bay to be tested

The stickers are checked

The hardwares(bolts,nuts,washers)

The motor

Fantech,3phase,1.5kw as per worksheet

"Star" type of wiring with 3 lines excluding the earth wire

The bay is closed for safety purpose

On the isolator and the rotation,amps,vibration or any defects in the fan are observed

The amps in line 1,2,3 are observed and recorded on the testing sheet

If everything is ok with the fan,the OK sticker is pasted on the fan and signed by the person who tested that particular fan

The fans that are tested and placed at the packaging area
